New Sign ups: Each box is sent on the 15th of each month, however you’ll need to sign up by the last day of the previous month to receive the following month box for example - sign up before the 30th April, your first box will be despatched on May 15th. If you sign up after the 30th April, you’ll receive Junes Box as your first box
Flexible terms: Enjoy complete flexibility—your subscription can be cancelled at any time, no commitments or hidden fees.
Delivery: Delivery is included in the price of the box! We send all parcels via royal mail 2nd class. So once despatched, Your parcel should arrive with you within 2-3 days. Please keep in mind if the 15th falls around the weekend/bank holidays, Then delivery may take longer.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our order processing time is 3-5 days. Once shipped your order should arrive within 2-4 days using Royal Mail. Delivery is £4 or FREE for orders over £50. Returns can be arranged within 30 days of your order if then items are unopened and unused - Please get in touch to discuss a return
