The Mabon Apple Candle
Poured deep red as the last apples clinging to the bough, this candle draws on the old wassailing tradition - the autumn and midwinter folk tradition of singing to the orchard trees, pouring cider at their roots, and waking the spirits within to bless next year's harvest.
The scent opens with blackcurrant, apple and raspberry, rich and dark as fruit crushed underfoot at the cider press, softened with lemon and a whisper of vanilla — sweet enough to promise a good yield come spring.
Light it at dusk on Mabon, when the wheel turns and the harvest is gathered in, as a small toast to the trees that fed you and the ones that will feed you again.

Important - Please note: We accept no liability for how our candles are used/burnt once they leave our care so it is important to follow our recommended guidelines carefully - these candles are dressed in dry herbs and florals, this means that the flame can be quite high. We strongly recommend burning them in a fireproof bowl, jar or cauldron surrounded by salt or sand as the dry herbs can cause fall out.
These candles will also drip so please keep this in mind. Never leave unattended, near children, textiles or drafts.
