Gilded Path Ritual Oil

Across many folk traditions, wealth was never seen as something purely earned - it was something invited.

People had many ways of inviting luck and wealth into there lives, some you may have heard of before - finding and keeping a penny for luck ("see a penny, pick it up, all the day you'll have good luck"), tucking a silver coin into the Christmas pudding for the year's fortune, and first-footing at New Year - welcoming a dark-haired visitor bearing coal, bread, and coin over the threshold to ensure warmth, food, and money for the year ahead. The horseshoe, too, was hung over doors and shopfronts, open end up, to hold luck in rather than let it spill out. They believed that intention made visible would draw fortune closer.

Gilded Path follows that same practice. It was made as an invitation to wealth.

Use it to dress a candle before a financial decision, trace it along the edge of a purse/wallet or ledger, or anoint your palms before an interview, negotiation, or first day of work. Some rub a drop onto coins and notes before spending them, with the old belief that money treated well returns. Others apply it to the threshold to welcome money into the household
